I was recently asked “When do you write your first English Blog”. Well, my English may be a bit rusty, but I will try.

Coffee brewing techniques and brewing bars create more and more awareness in the market of gastronomy / coffee shops as well as the consumers, so I decided to introduce you to a new brewing machine, which I found during the HOST in Milano.

Observing the speciality market, the mass market and how we serve our coffee customers I can see some signs, that maybe Brewing Bars may become a next big thing in Coffee. Why would I think that?
